Freedom Centre and State
The Freedom Centre is a non-profit organisation that supports young LGBTIQA+ people in Perth. Freedom State is the service’s regional outreach program providing support for LGBTIQA+ youth across regional WA with a focus on Geraldton, Bunbury, and Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Services include:
Drop-in sessions
- Hosts in-person drop-in session for LGBTIQA+ young people in Perth and hosts online sessions twice a for those who cannot attend in person.
Counselling services
- Free counselling services for LGBTIQA+ young people (12-25), in-person. With online options available across the whole of Western Australia.
Trainings
- Training and education around LGBTIQA+ diversity and inclusion both online and in person statewide
