It's time we talked

It’s time we talked is a violence prevention initiative focused on preventing pornography’s harms to children and young people. It’s time we talked has a wide range of information, resources and training to support parents, schools, and other professionals who work with children, young people and their families to understand and address the influence of pornography.

Let’s Talk About X

Let’s Talk About X is a social enterprise that provides expert-led training and resources to support building a consent culture and LGBTIQA+ inclusion. Founded by teachers, we combine research with lived experience to deliver practical, hands-on strategies for schools, parents, and workplaces. We empower communities to foster deep respect, prevent harassment, and build environments where everyone feels safe.

Would You: Understanding consent in relationships

A free multimedia incursion for secondary students about consent between friends, family members, romantic partners and more.

Reviewed by the Department of Education, the short film ‘Would You’ was based on real experiences of high school students negotiating everyday consent.
After watching the short film, Youth Choices team facilitate discussions about consent, and utilise the participatory approach of Forum Theatre to allow students to act out scenarios from the film to develop solutions in a safe environment.
